Hi crafty friends, I feel like I never have enough baby cards, so today I made 3 fun baby cards. I used a simple baby carriage and alphabet die cuts to create these cards. I hope you enjoy! Let’s get started.
Supplies
- Cardstock Warehouse Cardstock Papers
- Marrs Green
- Bright White
- Ebony
- Park Green
- Silver Mirror
- Gold Mirror
- Coral
- White Diamond Print Inkjet Glitter
- Spearmint
- Blu
- Baby Carriage Metal Die or SVG for Electronic Machine
- Background Embossing Folder
- Alpha Die
- Die cut Machine
- Liquid Glue
- Foam Adhesive
I started by die cutting all of my pieces for the baby carriages. The color combos I used are Marrs Green, Silver Mirror and Coral Metallic for the first one, Spearmint, Park Green and White Diamond for the second one and Blu, Bright White and Gold for the third one. I used Ebony for all of the wheels.
I used Bright Days Embossing folder on A2 sized Bright White cardstock. I am using this for the backgrounds of the cards, as it will add great texture to the design. I trimmed the pieces down ¼” on all sides.
I die cut the word “baby” from Silver, Gold and White Sparkle. I am using Coral, Blu, and Spearmint for the coordinating A2 card bases. I adhered the baby stroller with foam tape, the sentiments with liquid glue and then adhered the card panels to the card bases. Notice how the mirror paper helps the lettering and other important elements stand out!
Now your baby cards are ready to give away! I hope you enjoyed this project, have a wonderful day!
