Owner and President
Our resident cheerleader, Chip greets everyone with a smile and makes work fun. Chip hails from New Jersey and received a BS from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Bloomington (Go Hoosiers!). He has spent his entire career in and around paper. Most recently he decided to put pen to paper and published his first novel. Search Chip Dangelmajer on Amazon and you will see his book - inspired by his life and an easy read.

Maria needs a cup of coffee before she has her first morning convo with Chip 😉 Her first career spanned 30 years in Finance and Admin at Northampton Community College. She started this business in her slippers and ended up with a warehouse, loving her role at Cardstock Warehouse where she combines her linear left brain with some right brain creativity!

Operations Manager
Rebecca is our resident linguist. She has a BA in Linguistics from Indiana Univ. Bloomington (another Hoosier) and her MA in Teaching English as a Second Language. Ask Rebecca to complete a task, blink, and it's done and done with perfection. She is a pleasure to work with and a customer favorite. Her free time is spent with her husband Jim, daughter Lily, friends and family.

Warehouse Operations & Production Manager
Andrew's middle initial is 'O' for "organization". A graduate of Lehigh University, he is a veteran Army Officer having served in two deployments, and a certified fire arms instructor. During the day he keeps our warehouse humming, shelves filled, team members laughing, and pallets flying in and out the door! Andrew enjoys maintaining his physical fitness, and spending time with friends and family.

Erica never ceases to amaze us with her talent for all things paper. She is magic and embodies our tagline "Make Something Beautiful." Lead Fulfillment Associate
Nancy is our fulfillment lead, dedicated to ensuring our readiness to fill customer orders. Her hands also lovingly pick and pack much precious cargo! Nancy loves day trips, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Lead Packaging Associate
In addition to leading our packing associates with the task of packaging paper according to product specifications, and keeping a sharp eye on inventory control (so Maria stays happy), she also helps keep an eye on Chip in the warehouse. In addition to being a dedicated employee, Sharon loves to travel and cook, and her food is yummy.
