Paper Gingerbread House Treat Box

Gingerbread House Treat Box

Hi friends Ivy here from @ivypinkmade. It’s gifting season and what's better than a special gift? A special gift with cute packaging! Today I’m going to show you how to put together a cute gingerbread house milk carton.

SUPPLIES:

To start, cut the Gingerbread house SVG using an electronic cutting machine.

die cut file and paper pieces for paper gingerbread house

The file comes with perforated lines to make the box easier to fold. Once it’s folded, the fun begins. I started with gluing the roof. It’s easy to see which part goes where because the file lines up perfectly.

The next part is adhering all the other Sweet Tooth (white) pieces which are the bottom trimmings, door base, and window panels.

I love the red door. I added a mini brad to make a doorknob detail.

The original file did not come with a bow for the wreath. I just looked for a file that would work by searching "bow" on my Cricut software. I think it's cuter with the bow right?

The file comes with cute gumdrops you can decorate with but I had actual gumdrop buttons that I thought would be even cuter and give the box dimension. Use a flat cutter to cut the button shank and adhere the buttons with glue dots.

Now the gingerbread house milk carton is finished!

Isn’t it the cutest ever?!?! Guaranteed to make whatever is inside even better!
