Thanksgiving Leaf Drink Markers

Thanksgiving Drink Glass Markers

Hi Crafters! Today on the blog I’m going to be making Fall drink markers. These are perfect to add a pretty detail to your drinks but also making sure our drinks don’t get mixed up! The cool thing about these is that the versatility is endless and can be made for any occasion and holiday.

Gather your supplies and follow along!

Supplies:

Also, you will need a cutting machine or die cuts but these are so simple and easy that you can hand draw them and cut them out!

Let’s begin!

Start by choosing an image. I am using mine for Thanksgiving dinner so I am using a "fall leaf silhouette" (#M40BA28C8). I sized my leaf to about 3 inches wide. Then, I used a small narrow rectangle from the free shapes and sliced it from the bottom and to the center of the leaf. This is how the leaf will sit on the rim of the glass.

For wine glass markers, I sliced a .5 inch hole into the center of the leaf.

Then, duplicate your image and choose a different color for each one. I am using Mid Green Colorplan, Terra Rossa Materica, Gesso Materica, Pitch Dark Brown Materica, and Stardream Metallic Ruby.

Next, cut the leaves out.

For the wine glass markers, use scissors to cut a straight line from the edge of the leaf to the hole in the center. This is how you will attach them to the stem of the glass.

You can leave these as they are, or if you're feeling really fancy, you can use a calligraphy pen to write the names of your guests on their drink markers.

Now, shake up a yummy drink and add the drink markers to the rim or stem of your glass!
