SUPPLIES:

  • Acetate sheet

To start, I cut my card stock panels to the following sizes:

  • Electric Red card stock into an A2 card
  • Gumdrop = 4” x 5¼”
  • Wild Cherry = 2½” x 5½”
  • Gold Mirrisparkle = 2¼” x 5¼”
  • Acetate Sheet 2½” x 2½”

Adhere the Gumdrop layer onto the Electric Red A2 card.

Then adhere the Wild Cherry and Gold Mirrisparkle layer together.

This part is optional, you can leave it as is or cut a triangle edge.

To cut an edge, I cut a square to use as a template and just lined it up and trimmed the edge.

Lightly attach both layers and use a round die to cut through all four layers on the die cutting machine.

Now theres a round window, take a sentiment stamp and use pigment ink to stamp. Then emboss with gold embossing powder.

Sandwich the acetate sheet in between Gumdrop and Wild Cherry layer to create a “window cover.”

Using a poinsettia flower die, cut 3 pieces in Red Hot and Electric Red. Cut 6 leaves with Gumdrop card stock.

Layer the poinsettia together and use a glue dot to adhere the flowers onto the card.

To finish the card I added dots to the center of the flower using gold stickles.
