3D Letter Teacher Appreciation Gift

3D Letter Teacher Appreciation Gift

Hey there! It’s Kira and I am back with another fun project using my favorite Cardstock Warehouse papers. The end of the school year is quickly approaching and I am going to show you an easy way to spruce up any teacher’s gift!

Supplies:

For teacher appreciation week, I always try and find unique ways to celebrate my kids’ teachers. Each day I like to send something small with my kids to give to their teacher, and on Friday, I always send them with a gift basket full of goodies. But since I am a crafty mom, I always send a little homemade gift along with them.

This year, I decided to make personalized letters! I found a cut file on Etsy with the entire alphabet (3D Alphabet Letters and Numbers A-Z 0-9 Template SVG 3D - Etsy). I grabbed my papers and got started!

Vellum White, Candy Pink, Azzurro, Blu Intenso, Limone, Malva, and Dark Grey papers

The cut file bundle included .svg and .pdf files, so this project can easily be completed without a Cricut, but to make it easier on myself, I cut out all the pieces on my Cricut.

The letters are very basic and super easy to put together. I didn’t even need to use the instructions (although they are included in case you need to double check yourself). I used a fast drying liquid adhesive when adhering all the pieces together. Simply fold along all the score lines and then glue the tabs together to build your letter.

Once each of the letters was created, I personalized each one with the teacher’s name, along with some layered cut files of an apple and pencil. I also printed a notebook paper pattern on white paper and added that as a background later.

I absolutely love how these turned out! To finish off the gifts, I placed them in a basket with other goodies! How would you use these in your teacher gifts?
