Now that your kiddos are heading back to school and you’ve got some new teachers to get to know, it’s a great time to create this fun gift tote to say hello! Teachers work hard and sometimes they get overlooked, so make sure they feel appreciated with this fun gift tote that's easy to personalize and filled with treats, tools, and gift cards. I added a fun personalized tumbler to make sure they stay hydrated.
To create this teacher gift tote, you will need:

- Antique Gold Stardream - Antique Gold - 105 lb.
- Cricut Machine
- Scoring tool

- Gifts, gift cards, treats, etc.
Now that you have everything you need, let’s get to work creating this fun teacher gift tote! To begin, cut all of your pieces on your cutting machine. The cutting file for this project can be found by clicking this link to Cricut Design Space: Teacher Gift Tote
After cutting out all of your paper pieces, you’ll start by assembling the tote box pieces. Fold along all the score lines of the two tote box pieces. Next, you are going to glue the tabs and glue the bottom of both of the tote boxes. Then, we will glue the two boxes together to create one tote box.
Now we will assemble the gift box that fits inside the tote. Start by folding along all of the score lines. Then glue the tab and fold in the bottom flaps to create the gift box.
Now we will assemble all of the box embellishments. Start with gluing together the ruler and globe pieces. Simply stack and glue as shown below.
To make the stem of the apple stand out I colored it with a dark brown marker.
Now that we have all of the embellishment pieces done, we will glue them to the gift box pieces. Add the ruler and the globe to the front of the gift box, and add the apple to the side of the gift box.
Now it's time to glue together and attach the sentiment school house pieces. Stack and glue together the schoolhouse pieces and sentiment layers and attach them to the front of the tote box.
The last step is to add gifts to the box and personalize it with ribbon. I added a vinyl name to a reusable cup, and filled the little box with candies and a gift cars. I’m sure your child’s teacher will love this gift and keep it displayed all year!
The gift tote even has a handle to carry it by!
