It’s time to get a head-start on holiday crafting with Christmas in July! I love traditional Christmas colors, but there is something so elegant about neutral colors, with touches of gold. Follow along to create this simple, rustic Christmas card, perfect for sharing with family or friends.

Begin by cutting/scoring the images from the above Cricut file. Whenever I’m working with many pieces that need to be placed in a specific location, I use the ‘Score’ and ‘Attach’ features in Cricut Design Space to score an outline of the images. This takes the guesswork out of placing the pieces once cut. This is especially helpful if you are working with letters that you want to be in a straight line.
Next, fold the card in half and begin gluing down your images. I love the arched card shape, adding a touch of elegance to the simple design. You could dress-up the background of the card with additional embossing or distressed ink, if desired.
Finally, finish gluing all the card pieces and carefully place the tiny, gold stars on the tree. I use my craft tweezers when gluing down little tiny pieces. They make things so much easier!
The rustic Christmas card is complete and ready to share good tidings! I love these nature-inspired rustic colors!
